(SLRMC EAST BASEMENT SYSTEM SPLIT/UPGRADE) To upgrade the east basement fire sprinkler system by relocating sprinklers to comply with code and change out all existing fire sprinklers to Quick Response sprinklers. Also to separate the basement zone #13 mechanical area piping and create a new zone #50 which will separate the Offices and food service and food service equipment cleaning service areas. All fire sprinkler work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
