Description
(Building Area "B" New Church) * To install a fire sprinkler protection in a new 26,050-ft/2 single story, sanctuary, restroom and entry vestibule. Work is to also remove and cap and relocate the wet riser in Building "A" to a new location in Building "B". This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Sprinkler demolition (entry) permit associated with this permit is: FIR03-00168. Underground service supply main is permitted under: FIR03-00035. Fire sprinkler work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to Building Permit: BLD02-02454.
