DEMO PERMIT ONLY - To demo fire sprinklers in preparation for a remodel of Our Lady of the Rosary (Building Addition) - 11,368-ft/2 for a new floor area to the existing parish hall, new kitchen area and add exterior patio cover and storage building. Demolition work is basically removal of 11 sprinklers and one 1¼" line. All work is on the north side of the area separation wall. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
