No actual inspections were done. At the start of the fire sprinkler inspection I found that a different backflow preventor has been installed. Verification of friction loss is needed. Need NFPA 25. Provide verification that exposed cpvc sprinkler piping in the riser room is ok. Also per inspector 409 the fire sprinkler plans need to be resubmitted which has not been done yet according to the history available on the computer. Fire alarm plans need to be resubmitted due to changes in zones and notification circuitry.

Bruce with Commercial Fire called to say that they installed the trace wire in the trench with the underground supply piping but that the contractor had started to bury the piping. He stated that he has digital pictures showning the wire in the trench. I stopped at the project and found all of the underground piping buried. I spoke to Sam Rogers and he stated that in this case the digital pictures will work for proof of trace wire
