Fire sprinkler work is related to construction of interior partitions to create 4 exam rooms, X-Ray room, reception, waiting area, two offices areas, file storage area, one restroom, and the installation of a suspended ceiling system and hard ceiling over X-ray room and restroom. This building is fully fire sprinklered. All fire sprinkler system work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
