(CLOSET & STORAGE CONCEPTS) To modify and existing fire sprinkler system to accommodate the remodel a 4,500-ft/2 portion of an existing building, to be used for office and woodworking tenant. Work is related to the demolition of an existing wall and gridded ceiling, and the construction of approximately 38-lf of partition. This will create woodworking and office areas. This building was constructed in Ada County in 1997 and annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99. It is being analyzed for non-separated uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
