To provide monitoring for a Type I hood and add audible and manual fire alarm box at the entrance of the TI space. The existing fire alarm system provides sprinkler monitoring.
The associated building permit (BLD 03-00170) is to create a 3,150 square foot restaurant tenant space within an existing 18,650 square foot building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a grease hood and duct, a grease interceptor, two Type II hoods and ducts, a new door in an existing masonry exterior wall, a masonry exterior wall infill panel, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review report on file. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase, for fire area size, and for fire area occupant load.
