(AHAVATH BETH ISRAEL) * Phase I - To install underground fire service main from N. Latah street (property line, west approximately 778'-0" into the west side of an 8,500-ft/2 Ahavath Beth Israel Multi-purpose Building Assembly Hall. Phase II - To install underground fire service main from North side of the Assembly building approximately 95'-0" to the South side of the proposed Library building. All underground, (excluding the risers and supply through the floors) is 6" C-900 PVC fire service main. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the UFC-1997, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00964.
