(WESTCO DRY CLEANERS) To install underground fire service main into a dry cleaning plant, meeting the requirements of Chapter 12 of the 2000 IFC. This tenant space was created under the building shell permit. It will be used for Dry Cleaning. It is located within a 3,550 square foot building. The underground supply is to be tapped off an existing 6" fire service main, (which did extend under the building and will be capped), and re-routed to the South East corner of the tenant space. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the UFC-1997, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00422.
