(HOLLAND & HART - 14TH FLOOR) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To remodel an existing 11,930 square foot whole floor tenant space for the existing tenant. This space is located on the 14th floor (14,600 square feet) of an existing high-rise building. The "core" has a floor area of 2,670 square feet. The two existing "core" restrooms will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior windows and doors, millwork, finishes, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review report on file. All new work associated with the existing elevator lobby/corridor shall comply with the 1-hr corridor provisions of the 2000 IBC. If not already existing, firesafing will be installed at the perimenter of the floor between the floor and the spandrel glass. Fire sprinkler heads shall be relocated to comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
