(ADA COUNTY FIELD SERVICES BUILDING-1ST FLOOR) To add, relocate and modify fire sprinkler protection in the remodel of a 13,514-ft/2 area of the building for use as administrative sheriff offices, training room and support work areas. Work is related to selective demolition, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create new open Office, Reception and Lobby areas, a raised platform for the training room, and the modification of the suspended ceiling grid system with fixtures. NOTE: This facility is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
