The associated building permit (BLD 03-00315) is to remove interior partitions, door assemblies, fixture's & finishes in preparation for converting rooms into two accessible public & staff restrooms. Work includes installation of interior, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls, new doors, and suspended ceiling grid system; upgrade plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire and alarm systems for tenant needs and to maintain code compliance; to relocate end of existing 2-hour exit passageway so restrooms will not open into it; all per approved plans, to include red-line notes and attached plan review comments / conditions of all reviewing agencies as part of the approved plans. This building is fully sprinklered. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance is required as a condition of this permit for final use and occupancy of this project.
