The associated building permit (BLD 03-0994) is to remodel an existing 2,062 square foot area located in the basement of the new Boise City Air Terminal. This tenant space will be used for limited food preparation and for food storage. This tenant space will serve the food service operations in the Boise City Air Terminal. Work is to include fire-resistance rated corridor doors, a foam plastic cooler and freezer, shelves (not to exceed 8 feet in height), and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review report on file.
