(BOISE CITY P.W. - 4TH FLOOR) To relocate and add fire sprinklers (one each) in relation to the previous installation of a door, next to the elevator on the 4th floor west side of the City Building. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to a building permit.
