To install a "Modified" NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system in a 5132-ft/2 two-story single family dwelling with a 796-ft/2 attached two-car garage and a 350-ft/2 below grade mechanical room. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. The 1st floor is 3,597-ft/2. The 2nd floor is 1,535-ft/2. The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
