(LIONBRIDGE)(1ST FLOOR) To relocate and add fire sprinklers for the reduction of a new tenant to from 39,027-ft/2 to 12,374-ft/2, which shall be used for fabrication, office and accessory use. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new partitions to divide tenant areas, office areas, break room, two conference rooms, reception area, lobby area, and the installation of suspended ceilings. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
