(TREASURE VALLEY BIBLE CHURCH INC.) To drop 16 fire sprinkler heads in a finish out of three classrooms within an existing church building, per previous approved plans. Classrooms were approved to be finished on original permit but were not completed. Work is related to providing a new suspended ceiling in these rooms. Original building permit finished under BLD01-02399, and the fire sprinkler work was finished under FIR02-00039. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
