The associated building permit (BLD 02-03091) is to remodel a 6,943 sq.ft. restaurant for new owner per approved plans on file and DRH02-00249. Work to include, complete interior remodel, construction of a new canopy over entrance, all new kitchen equipment, new type-1 hood and grease duct shaft, remove stairs from second floor loft and create mechnical loft only, add permanent access ladder, modify exterior exit door, infill windows exterior wall, all work to be per the approved plans and engineering.
