"OLD" COSTCO SELECTIVE DEMOLITION * To remove and plug piping on approximately 54 existing dry pendants located in freezers/coolers within the "Old" Costco wholesale store. Possible the removal of fire sprinklers heads protecting structural columns that were located within existing (removed) racks (depending on future tenant and possible head/piping damage from being exposed). The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. Phase 1 was issued under FIR03-00103. This fire permit is attached to BLD03-00476.
