Modifications to an existing fire alarm system include 16 notification appliances, sprinkler monitoring, three pull stations, one duct smoke detector for HVAC shutdown and one smoke detector.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-00334) is to replace all exterior windows, add new front door, enlarge kitchen, add new sinks and cabinets , change two sleeping rooms and make accessible with accessible restrooms, convert an existing dwelling unit area to a daycare facility, add new NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system for area increase, paint and recarpet.
