(HOFF BUILDING - 3RD & 4TH FLOOR CORE UPGRADE) To perform minor sprinkler upgrade to the common areas on the 3rd floor of an existing office building. Work is related to the upgrading the existing core restrooms for accessibility to the disabled to meet the 1994 UCBC and the conditions of a code upgrade agreement signed by the Building Official. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase, because it is a high-rise, and to meet the provisions of the 1994 UCBC. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD00-01151.
