To install 6" C-900 PVC under the footing, and out approximately 20'-0" east, then north approximately 137'0" to an existing (installed by others) 8" C-900 duel purpose supply, and 6" with D.I. C-50 up through the floor in a proposed new 10,600-ft/2, one story with mezzanine truck maintenance shop building. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the UFC-1997, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01206.
