The associated building permit (BLD 03-01286) is to remodel a 780 sq. ft. interior portion of an existing 23,000 sq.ft. modular office building by constructing interior walls adjacent to restrooms to create a lobby/break area per approved plans.Work includes steel stud framing from floor to deck or beam above, fully insulated with 5/8" GWB cover & applied finishes; limited modification of suspended ceiling grid to allow penetration by new walls; two (2) new exit doors & hardware; selective demolition of electrical drops and added outlets, installation of exit signs & illumination; add to or relocate horn/strobe's & modify or add to door security hardware of new doors & verify existing exit door system comply with section 1003.3.1.3.4, Access-controlled Egress Doors; all per approved plans, to include attached plan review comments of reviewing agencies, to create a new private lobby /break area.
