(VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER-PAD BLDG) To restore the shell fire sprinkler system back in service, (which had been shut down without approval), to prepare a 5,917-ft/2 building for future remodel under permits BLD03-01026, BLD03-01058 and BLD03-01059. The fire sprinkler system must be fully operational at all times and any changes to the system require a separate fire sprinkler permit. NO NEW SPRINKLER MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Note: Previous tenant was Happy City Restaurant. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
