(GIVENS PURSLEY LLP - MISC.) To install a new Post Indicator assembly control valve in the existing underground fire service supply and remove an existing Wall Post Indicator control valve. Also to install a new Wilkins 350G Backflow Device in the existing riser. This work is preliminary work of which the O.H. fire sprinkler modifications will follow relating to the remodel all 3 levels of an existing 34,500 square foot 3 story office building. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02853.
