(KID TO KID)(TJ MAXX PLAZA) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection in a remodel of a 2,908-ft/2 retail space for a new retail tenant. Work is related to adding 2 heads for a new wall at the stockroom, relocating approximately 4 and deleting approximately 9 for the demolition of existing walls. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01335.
