OLIVE GARDEN FREEZER ADDITION - To add a 154-ft/2, Type VB, pre-manufactured freezer addition at north wall of kitchen. This building has been reclassified by the architect as a Type VB. This building is to be fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00718.
