Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of a Type 1 grease hood and duct shaft above the ceiling through the roof. The demolition of non-bearing walls to create openings between the two spaces which enlarges the seating areas; the construction of interior walls to create a storage area. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
