The associated building permit (BLD 03-00432) is to remodel 3711 sq ft of office space and 1304 sq ft common reception area located on the first floor of an existing 3-story building per approved plans. Work to include construction of office partitions, installation of doors and sidelights, reception counter in lobby and related miscellaneous interior finishes.
