Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Medical Office Building (Shell & Core) - To install underground fire sprinkler service supply in a proposed new 13,000-ft/2, two story, medical office building. The underground consists of approximately 84'-0" of C-900 PVC, from the property line North 2nd St. up to the west wall of the structure. A Post Indicator control (w/tamper switch) will be installed on the UG line, on the north side of the parking entrance. The piping under the footing and the riser consists of a listed Ames "In-Building Riser" of 304SST Stainless Steel to approximately 6" above the structures floor. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Separate FIRE permit require for any overhead piping. The underground fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
