Sprinkler rough-in on the first floor is ok. Insulation inspection is needed before covering can be done.
Sprinkler rough-in on the second floor is ok except for hangers and supports are needed for the plastic piping mains. Also verification is needed that the piping changes to the rise up to the second floor do not adversely affect the hydraulic calculations 2/12/2004 3:24:10 PM

I spoke with the sprinkler fitter about sprinkler spacing from light fixtures. Per NFPA 13R the pendants need to be 3'6" to 4' from the fixtures. 11/5/2003 2:28:35 PM

Underground supply line is ok to cover. One section of the piping rises to within 4' of the existing grade but the excavator stated that another 10" of roadmix and then a layer of blacktop would be over it. I contacted Debest Fire and told them that I was giving an ok to cover and that if conduit was needed in the trench for PIV tamper they had better do it now. The control vavle location was not shown on the plans 8/27/2003 10:41:57 AM
