(AARON'S RENT FOR LESS) To modify, add and relocate fire sprinklers in the remodel to combine two tenant spaces into one larger 7,033-ft/2 space for a new retail with accessory offices and storage of an existing building. Fire sprinkler work is related to demolition work, restrooms upgrade, new soffit, new suspended ceiling in one half of the space, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
