Three (3) separate "shell" tenant spaces are being created (Suite 100 - 2,951-ft/2, Suite 104 - 1,246-ft/2, Suite 105 - 1,600-ft/2). The specific tenants have NOT been disclosed. Separate tenant fire permits may be required for each tenant space before occupancy. Fire sprinkler work is related to 6 restrooms accessible to the disabled; interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. A demolition permit (BLD03-01079) with an attached fire permit (FIR03-00406) was issued earlier. Fire permit was issued to get the building fire protection system functional prior to tenant work. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01058.
