(CAPITAL CITY FAMILY MEDICINE) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection in the remodel the first floor of a 2-story (with basement) building for occupancy for a medical office. This tenant space will occupy 7,535-ft/2 of the 8,674-ft/2 first floor. The common restrooms on the 2nd floor and in the basement are also being altered to be accessible to the disabled. Fire sprinkler work is related to interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, a shower room per approved drawings and plan review conditions on attached and on file. This building will be fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
