Work to include installation of suspended ceiling, interior non-load bearing walls, HVAC system and ductwork. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered for story increase.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01088. This permit is not attached to any other permit.
