The associated building permit (BLD 03-01635) is to remodel an existing 14,480 sq.ft. office area by adding an additional 2,727 sq ft to create one tenant space of 17,196 sq ft on the 1st floor per approved plans on file. Work will include, installing a door between the two spaces, construction of interior partitions to create two new training areas, installation of a folding partition in one of the training areas, new floor finishes in selected areas, Miscellaneous related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
