(HEALTHWISE - INTERIOR REMODEL - 2ND FLR) To relocate and add fire sprinklers in the creation of 6 offices within an 815-ft/2 open office area, located on the 2nd story of a 3-story building. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls per approved drawings and plan review report on file. Fire sprinklers used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01780.
