Qwest -Repair/Upgrade Common 1st and 6th Floors Common & Offices * To remove approximately 90 Central "Flow Control" fire sprinklers on the 6th floor and replace with 72 Standard Upright Pendant and 12 pendants. Replace 6 Central "Flow Control" SSP and reposition to Standard Upright Sprinklers. On the 1st Floor, change out 6 Central "Flow Control" pendant sprinklers to Standard Pendant Sprinklers. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-0. This permit is not attached to any other permit.
