Micron Building #80 - First Floor - (PCS#5196) - To modify fire sprinkler protection for the demo and remodel an approximate 550-ft/2 area of the first floor of building #80 to create a Class 1 Cleanroom, Optical Writer Room #2 (108E) to house a tool to support the Mask Shop and to install facilities to support this toolset. This work is being done between gridlines F&H and 2&3. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01333.
