The associated building permit (BLD 03-01553) is to remodel an existing 99200 sq ft warehouse and office space. Work will include constructing a tenant-demising wall that will limit the area of this tenant to 82,052 sq.ft. and will leave a 9500 sq ft vacant space that will require a separate permit to occupy all work to be per the approved plans. Work will include, construction of a 250 lf tenant demising wall, remodel of the second floor office space to create training room area, installation of new door from warehouse area, Remodel restroom to upgrade accessibility, remove double doors at entrance to create accessible entrance. NO INSTALLATION OF RACKING ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase, any alteration or modification to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
