To remodel an existing 1,100 square foot tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. This space is located on the first floor (Northeast corner) of an existing 34,200 square foot, 3 story building. Interior nonstructural demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior door, interior gate, new (Type I) grease hood and duct, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The occupant load (44) shall be posted on an approved sign near the main exit from the tenant space.
