Alterra Wynwood at River Place - To replace an existing defective fire alarm panel with a new panel and upgrade the entire fire alarm system to meet current code. The system includes manual pulls at all exits, smoke detection throughout the corridors and in some other unidentified spaces, monitoring of the automatic sprinkler system, and supervision of HVAC duct detectors for air handler shutdown.
This permit does not include any modifications to the existing single station detectors in patient rooms or the associated annunciation in corridors and at nursing stations. There is no building permit associated with this alarm permit.
