To combine 3 tenant spaces into one 4,965 square foot office tenant space. This tenant space is located on the 20,150 square foot 2nd floor of a 62,400 square foot 3 story building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, doors, and millwork all per approved drawings and plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department.

Fire sprinkler work proposed is to install one new pendant sprinkler head and relocate five existing pendant sprinklers as necessary to accommodate the new tenant wall configuration.
