The associated building permit (BLD 03-02028) is to expand the existing 9004 sq ft tenant space by adding an additional 1921 sq ft to create a total of 10925 sq ft. Work will include, construction of interior partitions to create individual office spaces, open office area, and two accessible restrooms, installation of a suspended ceiling system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
