Note: This shell building was constructed in Ada County and annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations to the sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
The fire sprinkler work is to include the installation of pendant sprinkler heads in the new office and sales areas. Upright sprinkler pendants are to be added along the walls that are blocking proper sprinkler coverage. Two existing HSW sprinklers are to be removed. One existing sprinkler it to be relocated.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01854.
