Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Medical Office Building (Shell & Core) -To install a complete NFPA 13 shell fire sprinkler system in a new 13,000-ft/2, two story, medical office shell & core building. This building is constructed of concrete slab floors, steel structural frame, metal exterior studs and metal roof deck. Separate tenant fire sprinkler permit required for improvement to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply piping was installed under FIR03-00434. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00653.
