(COLE-MARR - 8TH STREET MARKETPLACE - SUITE 100-B) The fire sprinkler system is used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction of the building. To create a 1,944 square foot photography/art gallery in the basement of an existing building at 8th Street Market Place by combining 2 tenant spaces. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a new entrance door, 3 darkrooms, millwork, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**

Fire sprinkler work proposed is to install one new standard response pendant sprinkler head in a new 33" x 70" room containing a water heater and an ejection pump. The new sprinkler head will be fed from the existing fire sprinkler piping system and will match existing spacing, k-factor and temperature of the pendants located outside of this room.
