To monitor a new fire pump by an existing required manual fire alarm system. The existing system has sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall, partial area detection HVAC shutdown and notification appliances.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-01894) is to add new 262 sq. ft. one-hour rated fire suppression pump room in the southwest corner of an existing 106,964 sq. ft. building in the warehouse area per approved plans on file. Work to include new steel framed one-hour rated walls and ceiling, new one-hour rated interior door, interior finish, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
