Tenant space was previously used as a restaurant and the existing kitchen equipment will remain with no changes. Tenant work includes some minor interior demolition work, a new bar, a few new interior walls or wall infill, a small new stairway with handrails at elevated private dining room, a new walk-in cooler in basement. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01977.
