The associated building permit (BLD 03-00314) is: Project includes a 444 s.f. addition to the existing Central Wing Drs. Lounge area. Work includes selective demolition of exterior wall; installation of epoxied dowels into existing concrete pad & columns; construction of 8" reinforced masonry exterior walls with brick veneer; construction of structural steel roof system with steel deck with "Class B" or better roof covering & spray-0n fire proofing for 1-1/2 hour rating on bottom of deck & beams; installation of non-combustible frame, glass skylight; interior non-combustible framing, fire-resistive wall covering, suspended ceiling grid system, finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression & alarms per tenant needs and for code compliance. All per notes & attached plan review conditions & comments of reviewing agencies included as part of the approved plans. This building is fully sprinklered.
